Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Our return policy lasts for 14 business days. If it has been more than 14 business days since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure your item is unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. 

Please note that certain items, such as Sale items, are not eligible for return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Kindly contact us before sending your purchase back, so we can assist you better. Please also provide a photo of the item you want to return, including the packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to notify you. We'll also let you know if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us in the Contact section of our website.
