Orders ship out within 2-6 business days unless otherwise specified in the product listing. You will receive an email and tracking number at the time of shipment.

You will receive an email and tracking number at the time of shipment. Because we are primarily employing USPS for all shipment, please visit the official USPS service alerts and tracking pages for more information on the status of your order.

We currently only ship to US-based customers, but stay tuned as we become more global! We are actively working on providing shipping for international customers in the near future.

Shipping cost is a flat rate of $5 per order. Free shipping is applied when the order is $50 or more for US-based customers.

We will provide returns within 14 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Please email us at gracefulgalore@gmail.com with "RETURN" in the subject line and include your order number, photos of your product, and the reason for return. Please note we do not refund the original shipping cost, and you are responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning the item.

The item you are returning must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and in original condition with the tag attached to the product. The item must be returned in its original packaging. If you no longer have the original box, please provide appropriate packaging that protects the product against damage in transit.
